ESTABLISHING PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY IN AFDC-RELATED MEDICAID § 10:69-3.20 Management of out-of-State case records (a) The CSSA shall maintain an up-to-date record of all cases of beneficiaries approved to receive Medicaid while out of the State. (b) There shall be monthly supervisory review of the status of these cases to assure that the Health Benefits Identification (HBID) Card does not indicate active eligibility beyond the period for which approval has been given, unless and until extension of continued Medicaid coverage is approved.
