THE APPLICATION PROCESS § 10:69-2.16 Withdrawal (a) The agency shall officially recognize the applicant's action through written notification within five working days of the applicant's request for withdrawal. (b) This notification shall include a statement that the applicant's decision has been recognized and recorded by the agency, that no further action is being taken on his or her application, and a reminder that he or she has the right to reapply at any time.
