37 New Hampshire State Plan Effective October 2023 Block Grant funds; dental services*, when not covered by Title XIX; medical services*, when not covered by Title XIX; and transportation*, when not covered by Title XIX.
* The asterisked services are available only in conjunction with one or more of the unasterisked services. ** Except when those payments are authorized through the juvenile justice system, effective January 1, 1996.
Family Preservation and Support benefits are limited to a maximum 364-day service period, or less if sufficient to alleviate the emergency. Payments are made through DCYF to DCYF contract providers, who deliver the actual services to the child and family.
KINDS OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO MEET THE EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
No direct services are provided for any emergency situations.
