311.03 Cooperation (AAM)

The individual must cooperate in identifying liable relatives. Failure to cooperate in identifying liable relatives may result in denial or termination from assistance. However, refusal of the liable relative to contribute or supply adequate information regarding their ability to contribute has no impact on the individual's eligibility.
