301.03 Out-of-State Recipient Moves into New Hampshire (AAM)

When an individual has received benefits in another state prior to applying in New Hampshire, termination of benefits in the prior state of residency must be verified before establishing eligibility for New Hampshire benefits.

The prior out-of-state agency shall be contacted on behalf of all individuals in the household, if the household is unable to provide a proof that benefits have ended or are closing.
