Verify Part A entitlement at the initial eligibility determination.

• Acceptable verification is documentation from SSA that indicates the individual is entitled to enroll in Part A.

For remaining eligibility criteria, acceptable verification documents all of the following:

• individual meets the categorical and technical requirements for QDWI; and

• individual is not otherwise eligible for medical assistance.
