121.01 Interview Sites (AAM)

An in-person interview is conducted at the applicant’s local district office. The place where the interview is conducted must preserve the privacy and confidentiality of the interview.

Applicants can also choose to have a phone interview instead of coming into the District Office for an in-person interview. All phone interviews must preserve the privacy and confidentiality of the interview.

All program and verification requirements remain the same whether the applicant participates in a phone or in-person interview.
