105.05 Failure to Comply (AAM)

If DFA has fulfilled its responsibilities, but the individual fails or refuses to comply with an eligibility requirement or fails to provide necessary information, deny, reduce, or terminate assistance using adverse action procedures.
Failure to supply accurate information will result in the recoupment of any overpayments or a corrective payment for any underpayments. See Parts 627-631 .
Once denied or terminated for failure or refusal to cooperate, individuals may reapply for assistance. Determine eligibility only after they cooperate.
