Assistance may be provided for up to 90 days from the date the individual arrives in the United States. If the individual needs assistance beyond 90 days and is not eligible for Retirement, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (RSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or categorical assistance, the local office shall contact Central Office.
