009.03 EFFECTIVE DATE.

Emergency medical services for aliens (EMSA) is not subject to the provisions at 477 NAC 4 regarding the effective date of Medicaid eligibility. Eligibility for the program is limited to the time necessary to treat the emergency medical condition. The state review team (SRT) will determine the effective date of eligibility based upon the emergency medical condition.
