002.01 MANDATORY GROUPS.

Certain individuals are eligible to receive Medicaid in the aged, blind, and disabled (ABD) category due to current or prior participation in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program. A separate application for Medicaid must be submitted before eligibility can be determined.
