003.02(E) RESOURCES NOT INCLUDED ON THE DESIGNATION.

A resource which is acquired, omitted, or that loses its exclusion after the designation of resources has been completed is treated as follows: (i) The value of a resource titled in the name of the institutionalized spouse is attributable to the institutionalized spouse; (ii) The value of a resource titled in the name of the community spouse is attributable to the community spouse; and (iii) The value of a resource titled jointly in the name of both spouses is divided in equal shares to each spouse.
