003.05(B)(iii)(3) ADJACENT LOTS.

A lot adjacent to the home is considered available if it can be sold separately from the home. If it is determined and documented in the case record a lot adjacent to the home cannot be sold or is not salable due to the location or condition of the property, the adjacent lot is also exempt.
