003.05(A)(v)(2) EXCHANGE OF A NON-PARTNERSHIP POLICY FOR A QUALIFIED LONG-TERM CARE PARTNERSHIP POLICY.

An applicant or client may exchange a policy which does not meet the requirements of a qualified Long-Term Care Partnership Policy for one which does meet the requirements. The date of exchange is considered the issue date for the qualified Long-Term Care Partnership Policy.
