003.04(J) DEPRIVATION HARDSHIP WAIVER.

An exception may be made if it is determined a transfer was made for less than fair market value, but the individual can verify he or she intended to dispose of the resource for fair market value or for other valuable consideration, the transfer was not made to qualify for assistance, or denial of assistance would cause undue hardship.
