Income used to meet a goal for the Plan to Achieve Self-Support (PASS) program is disregarded in determining Medicaid eligibility. This may be earned or unearned income. The Plan to Achieve Self-Support (PASS) program is administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA). The amount of income to be disregarded due to participation in this program will need to be verified with the Social Security Administration (SSA) when determining Medicaid eligibility.
