16-001.04 Five Percent Federal Poverty Level Disregard

A disregard of five percent (5%) of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) shall be applied when determining eligibility of an individual for medical assistance under the eligibility group with the highest income standard under which the individual may be determined eligible using MAGI-based methodologies.
