A citizen or national of the United States, or an alien who is lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence, living in any state or the District of Columbia, who is 18 years of age or older and is petitioning or has petitioned for the admission of a noncitizen(s) under Section 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. An organization cannot be a sponsor.
