002.47 NOTICE OF ACTION (NOA).

A statement sent by the Department to an applicant, client, or his or her Authorized Representative that includes a reasonably short, plain statement of the action(s) taken by the Department, the factual reason(s) for the action, and reference to the applicable regulatory law(s) or otherwise that authorizes the action(s).
