002.35 HEARING.

An administrative proceeding before the Director or his or her designee. During a hearing, a client, applicant, or his or her authorized representative may present evidence with or without the help of witnesses to show why the action as indicated on the relevant Notice of Action or inaction of the Department should be corrected by the Department.
