007.02(C)(i) BENEFIT REDUCTION FOR INADVERTENT HOUSEHOLD ERROR OR ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE.

The amount of the inadvertent household error or administrative error benefit reduction is the greater of ten percent of the household's monthly benefit or $10 unless the household agrees to a higher amount.
