005.02(A) NOTICE FOR MASS CHANGE.

A timely notice is not required as a result of a mass change in the state grant, however, the household will be informed of the change. If a household requests a fair hearing, benefits will be continued at the former level only if the issue being appealed is the incorrect computation of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program eligibility or benefits.
