003.02(B) NET MONTHLY INCOME ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS.

Net income refers to income after all deductions have been applied. These standards are used for all households in determining benefit amounts. Eligible one or two-person households which are categorically eligible qualify for a minimum monthly benefit listed in a guidance document even if their income exceeds the net monthly income limits.
