003.01(D)(ii)(2) NON-ALLOWABLE MEDICAL COSTS.

The following medical costs are not allowed: (a) Premiums for life or dismemberment insurance; (b) Premiums for income producing policies; (c) Special diets; (d) Interest on a loan to pay medical expenses; (e) The basic telephone rate for a medic-alert system; (f) Overdue or past due expenses; (g) Medical expenses previously deducted in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program budget; (h) Prescriptions received at no cost through the prescription drug discount program; and (i) Automobile medical liability insurance.
