002.06(B) ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFIT LEVEL.

The ineligible member will not be included in determining the household’s size for the purpose of assigning a benefit level to the household, comparing the household’s monthly income to the income eligibility standards, or comparing the household’s resources with the resource limits. The income and deductions are prorated between the ineligible household member and the remaining eligible household members.
