The following vehicles are evaluated only for their fair market value minus $4,650: (a) One licensed vehicle per household member age 18 or older, or household member(s) whose resources are being considered available to the household, regardless of use of the vehicle; and (b) The following, which continues to be applied during periods such as summer vacation or temporary unemployment: (i) Any other vehicle a household member age 17 or younger drives, or a household member(s) age 17 or younger whose resources are being considered as available to the household; (1) To and from employment; (2) To and from training or education which is preparing a household member for employment; or (3) To seek employment in compliance with job search criteria.
