002.01(D)(i) ALLOWABLE TRANSFERS.

Eligibility is not affected by the transfer of the following: (1) Resources which would not otherwise affect eligibility; (2) Resources which are sold or traded at or near fair market value; (3) Resources which are transferred between members of the same household including aliens or disqualified household members whose resources are being considered available to the household; (4) Resources which are transferred for reasons other than qualifying for or attempting to qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits; (5) Resources transferred by categorically eligible households; or (6) Transfer of nonliquid resources for Expanded Resource Program households.
