002.01(B) EXCLUDED RESOURCES.

The following resources are excluded in determining eligibility: (1) All resources excluded in accordance with Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations ; (2) Liquid resources of $25,000 or less and all non-liquid resources for households eligible for the Expanded Resource Program; and (3) Vehicles as explained below in this chapter.
