All households must comply with the resource eligibility standard to establish or continue eligibility. The household’s available resources at the time the household is interviewed are used to determine eligibility. If it is discovered that there was a resource that was not reported at the time of the interview, then the resource will be counted in the application month. Resources acquired after the interview date are considered in subsequent months.
