Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents are eligible for only three full months of time- limited benefits during a 36-month period if they are not fulfilling an Able- Bodied Adults Without Dependents work requirement or qualifying for an Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents work requirement exemption. Months of prorated benefits do not count in the three months. An Able- Bodied Adult Without Dependents 36-month period begins the first full month the individual does not meet an Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents work requirement or qualify for an Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents exemption.
