001.04(L)(ii) NO REAPPLICATION.

If a failure or refusal to comply with a work requirement occurs or is discovered in the last month of the certification period and the household does not reapply, the disqualification will be reviewed at the next certification. If the household reapplies during what would otherwise have been the disqualification period for the prior failure to comply violation, the remainder of the disqualification period will be applied. The disqualification period would begin the day after the certification period expires, which is: (a) One calendar month for the first violation; (b) Three calendar months for the second violation; and (c) Six calendar months for the third and subsequent violation.
