001.04(I) ACTION TAKEN AFTER DISQUALIFICATION.

After a household receives a notice of disqualification, the disqualification period begins with the first day of the month after the expiration of the notice period, unless a fair hearing is timely requested. If a fair hearing is held and the noncompliance determination is upheld, the disqualification period begins the month after the hearing decision.
