001.04(H)(i) INELIGIBILITY OF AN APPLICANT HOUSEHOLD MEMBER.

If any household member becomes ineligible to participate due to non- compliance with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program work requirements, the household member is ineligible to participate for: (1) Thirty days from the application filing date for the first disqualification; (2) Ninety days from the application filing date for the second disqualification; and (3) One hundred eighty days from the application filing date for the third or subsequent disqualification.
