001.03(B) INELIGIBLE ALIENS.

Aliens, other than those meeting citizenship or alien requirements outlined in this section, are ineligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. These include, but are not limited to, alien visitors, tourists, diplomats, and students who enter the United States with no intention of abandoning their residence in a foreign country.
