007.06(A) CAUSED BY HOUSEHOLD.

A household will lose its right to uninterrupted benefits and have its application approved or denied by the end of the certification period for any of the following reasons: (i) The household returns the application for recertification after the timely filing deadline; (ii) The household does not attend the scheduled interview; or (iii) The household does not return requested verifications within ten days of the date the worker requests it.
