006 REFUSAL TO COOPERATE.
In situations where the household is able to cooperate but clearly demonstrates that it will not take the actions required to complete the application process, then the application is denied at the time of the refusal. However, if someone outside the household, such as an employer, fails to cooperate with a request for verification, then the application will not be denied based upon the third party’s refusal. Non‑household members as defined in 475 NAC 1, or disqualified household members, are not considered persons "outside" the household for the purpose of this section.
