004.07(A) DISQUALIFICATION OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES.

If an authorized representative has misrepresented a household’s circumstances and has knowingly provided false information pertaining to the household, or has improperly used Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits, that authorized representative may be disqualified from participating as an authorized representative in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program for up to one year. The authorized representative is notified of the following: (1) The proposed action; (2) The reason for the proposed action; (3) The household’s right to request a fair hearing; (4) The telephone number of the Department; and (5) Where to receive the additional information.
