004.06(A)(i) DETERMINING REASONABLE COMPENSATION.

Reasonable monthly boarding compensation must equal or exceed: (a) The maximum total program allotment for the size of the boarder household when more than two meals per day are furnished; or (b) Two-thirds of the maximum total program allotment for the size of the boarder household when two meals or fewer per day are furnished.
