004.04(B)(i) AT APPLICATION.

The group home must: (1) Have knowledge of the household's circumstances and carefully review these with the household before application is made; and (2) Determine if a resident may apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits on the individual’s own behalf based on the resident's physical and mental ability to handle the individual’s own affairs.
