004.04(A) DESIGNATION AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.

The group home may act as the authorized representative, residents may apply on their own behalf, or residents may name an authorized representative of their choice. Any combination of these methods may be used in any single group home. Residents have the right to apply as a one-person household or to form groups and apply as households with more than one member. Residents who use the group home as the authorized representative are considered a one-person household.
