004.03(E) CLAIMS AND DISQUALIFICATION.

The treatment center may be penalized or disqualified if it is determined administratively or judicially that Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits were misappropriated or used for purchases that did not contribute to a certified household's meals. If a treatment center loses its state license, its residents are no longer eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. Residents are not entitled to a notice of adverse action but will be sent written notices explaining the reason for termination and the effective date.
