004.03(C)(iv) LIABILITY.

The treatment center is responsible for any misrepresentation which it knowingly commits in the certification of center residents. The center is also strictly liable for all misuses of Electronic Benefits Transfer benefits on behalf of a resident household and for all overpayments which occur while the household is a resident of the center.
