004.03(C)(ii) NOTIFICATIONS.

The treatment center must notify the Department of changes in the household's circumstances, such as changes in income. The treatment center must also supply the Department with a list of residents currently participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. This list must be signed by a responsible treatment center official and must be provided semi‑monthly or monthly.
