004.01(E)(iii) RECERTIFICATION.

Verification factors are treated the same at time of recertification as at initial application except that: (1) If a household has postponed providing verification at time of last certification, the verification must be provided before recertification; and (2) If a household reported a change within the certification period that resulted in a benefit decrease and it was not verified, verification of the change must be obtained before recertification.
