003.03(M) SPONSOR.

Verification of the sponsor’s income and resources is required to determine eligibility. Failure to provide required sponsor income and resource information or verification results in ineligibility for the immigrant. If the sponsor or required verification of the sponsor’s income and resources cannot be located or obtained, the immigrant is ineligible, unless the immigrant is determined to be indigent. In such cases, the eligibility of any remaining household members shall be determined by including the income and resources of the ineligible immigrant and excluding any income and resources otherwise deemed from the sponsor.
