003.03(C)(iii)(2) PAYMENTS MADE TO THE CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT.

If the child support payments are made to the Clerk of the District Court, verification of the household’s child support payments will be obtained via Department interfaces. Opportunity will be given to the household to resolve any discrepancy between the household verification and the Clerk of the District Court records.
