007.02(C)(iii) ORDER OF THE HEARING.

The hearing will begin with introductions by the hearing officer. At this time the hearing officer will advise the suspected household member or the representative that the individual may refuse to answer questions during the hearing. The Department's representative will present the state's case first. The household member or the representative will then present the individual’s case.
