006.05(A) DECISIONS RESULTING IN BENEFIT INCREASE.

Fair hearing decisions which result in an increase in benefits will be reflected in the allotment issued within ten days after the receipt of the hearing decision, even if the Department will provide the household with an opportunity to obtain the allotment outside of the normal issuance cycle.
