006.01(B) OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.

When a household disagrees with the Department regarding action affecting the household's eligibility, the Department: (i) Informs the household of its right to request a fair hearing; (ii) Refers the household to any free legal representation or a legal referral service; and (iii) Offers the household an agency conference.
