002.57 SEASONAL FARM WORKER.

A person who works on a farm or ranch on a seasonal basis when the work is generally within commuting distance of the individual’s home. A person who works on the individual’s own or leased or rented farmland on a year-round or seasonal basis is neither a seasonal farm worker nor a migrant farm worker.
